I was lucky enough to be featured in an article on luxury travel focusing on Fairmont Hotel’s new Lifestyle Cuisine Plus that caters to a range of dietary restrictions – including gluten-free. It is great to see a major chain taking initiative to make travel a bit smoother for those of us with Celiac disease.
