Garbanzo-Fava Bean Flour

A good blended bean flour, gives a very "wheat" flavor when used in breads and most any baked item. Has a great texture and a pleasant flavor that blends well with other ingredients.

TRY my flat bread recipe, you'll find a new favorite flour! When mixing you'll get the bean flour smell, but won't once it's baked. All you'll taste is good bread. This flour is one of my favorites and works well in almost everything!

Ha!! Yes, but it DOES behave as a good ingredient if use properly.
