Nice pepper with a bit of heat. Used in many different dishes, always yummy! If you want to cut the heat in your peppers, remove the seeds and membranes before you put them into your dish. Wearing gloves to do this is a big help. The oils from the peppers can get on your hands and cause serious issues if you forget to wash your hands really well and then touch your face or eyes.
