Reply to This PostHey, Valerie - good call on the GF score here ... amazingly Vanilla Extract is something people should watch out for. Be sure to read the labels, although to be honest every brand I've found IS already gluten-free.

Reply to This PostI learned tonight that the key is to find an extract that is glycerin based, not alcohol based. McCormick actually labels theirs GF.

I'd not heard that before, thanks for the tip Marissa!! I'll have to watch for McCormick. I like that brand, they seem to be good at labeling for GF!!
