About: I am a homeschooling mom with 5 kids ages 12-2. At least 2 of my children and I have gluten intolerance. We have been eating gluten free since thanksgiving 2007. I make most things from scratch as the cost of gluten free mixes arent cost effective with a family of 7. I have always enjoyed baking. The major difference is that it is now a necessity. However I make up alot of my own mixes to save time. That works well.
