About: Diagnosed as gluten intolerant (probably Celiac but when I was tested, my dr. neglected to tell me to eat something with gluten in it just before that so that the test would be accurate) almost two years ago. Enjoy cooking, so it's been an interesting challenge to change the way I think, cook, and eat. Have experimented with many recipes but have yet to find a good commercial GF bread or a recipe that produces really good GF bread.
