About: Diagnosed 2005 after suffering various yet benign illnesses since teen years. Photographer, writer, artist living in Northern CA. Really tired of reading labels and finding mislabeled foods the hard way (ie: barley malt listed only as 'natural flavoring'), so I am planning return to "caveman" diet. Thanks for creating this space. I look forward to hearing what people are experiencing. I knew I had to do something to raise awareness about Celiac Disease when my Dad offered me a beer and sandwich last time I visited home. He missed the part about not being able to digest wheat. It looks good, but no thanks Dad.
