About: Gluten free 3 years. Baking is still a big problem. Understand most of the diet, but still learning. Have one grandson I like to bake for, but seemed to have only mastered brownies and cookies. Just purchased grains: teff, amaranth, millet. Need to experiment with those. Most biscuit recipes come out too dough like. Not so light and fluffy. Wonder if a puff pastry blend is out there.
