About: 71 yrs young diabetic, with IBS, osteoarthritis in my left knee, arthritis all over, lumbar stenosis, and in June dr. made me go dairy free. Since that time I have lost 20 lbs. Now he wants me to go gluten free. I was an avid crocheter, avid genealogist for 35 yrs. as far as crocheting the arthritis in my hands is really limiting me. The genealogy works fine as long as I use m y phone.
