About: I am a busy gluten-free cook and blog writer, homeschool mom, farmer and wife to my best friend. Three of our four kids are gluten intolerant and I am as well. Our entire household eats gluten-free now, for us that was an easier way to handle it all. I've been a from scratch, make it myself, grow it myself kind of cook for as long as I can remember. The way we live may not be for everyone, but we love it! Being gluten-free has been a challenge, but I have never been one to back down just because things got tough. So, into my kitchen I went when we found this challenge before us. It is a journey that has brought us to better health and simpler thinking when it comes to food!
