Good basic flour blend.

This is a flour blend that I came up with to use for basic quick bread type recipes. I use it cup for cup in place of wheat flour in pancakes and waffles. No one can tell that my pancakes are gluten free.

Ingredients
4 cups rice flour (either brown or white)
4 cups bean flour (I use Garbanzo Fava Bean flour, but any white bean flour will work fine)
4 cups potato starch (or corn starch)
2 cups tapioca flour
7 teaspoons Guar Gum
Instructions
Mix together and store in a container with a tight seal.

Hey, Valerie -
This looks good. But there's a type: bend rather than blend. Can you correct that?

Ooops...LOL...that's what I get for typing and talking at the same time! Sorry, I'll fix it. :-)
