I got this from a kids cookbook and we just tried it this morning. My 3 and 5 year old loved it and we thought it tasted great too!

| Cooking time | 15 min |
| Servings | 4 |
Ingredients
4 slices of gluten free ham
4 eggs
cooking oil (optional)
Instructions
Preheat Oven to 400
Lightly oil 4 muffin tin cups (I chose not to do this and had no trouble)
Line 4 cups with a slice of ham (making a cup/bowl shape)
Crack egg into a bowl and then pour into a ham cup (1 at a time)
Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes – until the eggs look fully cooked
Remove from tins and enjoy!

This is something that children can make themselves in the microwave. My TT microwave takes about 90 seconds and the one in the house takes 70 seconds.
Either pierce the yolk or take a fork and stir the egg before dropping it in.
