We sell alot of this pizza at the restraunt where I work.

Ingredients
12” gluten free pizza crust ready for toppings
3 eggs
splash of milk/cream/water
6oz shredded cheese (or more)
any other topping of your choosing (sausage, bacon, ham etc)
Instructions
whip up the eggs and a little milk, water, or cream as you would to make scrambled eggs. Stir in the cheese. spread on 12” gluten free pizza crust. Top with cooked meat topping, if desired. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.

I use Bette Hagman's seasoned pizza crust. I can post the recipe if you don't have her cookbooks.

Please post the recipe, sounds yummy! Also, do you cook the eggs before you put then on the crust? Looks good!

no, you put the eggs on uncooked. Just do them like you would for scrambled eggs, stir in the cheese and spread on the crust. They will set as they bake.
