Chicken with Crushed Spicy Chichiron & Bacon safe

Few ingredients, but packed with flavor.

I threw this together one night and it was a hit!

Prep time 20 minutes
Cooking time
Servings 4 to 5 people

Ingredients

6 chicken boneless breast halves

6 to 10 pieces of bacon

6 thin pieces of cheese of your choice (I used pepper Jack) to set on top of the chicken breast.

1 bag of chichirons (You won’t need the whole bag)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375

Crush up the chichirons in a processor or with your hand into a shallow dish.

Clean off some of the fat from your chicken.

Roll each piece one at a time into the chichiron. place cheese on chicken top and Wrap each piece with a slice of bacon.

Place each piece onto a baking sheet.

Chicken is done when the thermometer reads 165 about 25 minutes. But it depends on the sizes of your pieces of chicken.

Serve with a side and your favorite gluten free rolls
