This corn bread has good texture. It didn't seem to be as crumbly as other breads did that I have tried in the past. It held together well.

Prep time 10 min
Cooking time 25 to 30 min (ovens may vary)
Servings 4 to 6

Ingredients

1 cup tapioca flour
1 cup cornmeal
1 teas salt
3 1/2 teas baking powder
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup of honey
1/3 cup agave nectar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
1. Sift dry ingredients in a medium bowl.

2. Then add wet ingredient to dry.

3. Mix just until blended

4. Place in a greased 9 × 9 pan.

Bake for approximately 25 to 30 min.

    Hey, Tanya -

Yes, I remember you gave us some and it was SOOOO good. I hadn't had cornbread in years and it was just like I remember. Nice work!

Also, could you edit this recipe and add a couple of other tags? I'm thinking, family, autumn, chili ...
