I was in my kitchen making some candy when I thought this bark up. It is seriously so easy to make. This is a great recipe with little ingredients. This recipe it very flexible. You can use more or less of the dried fruit. You can also use your favorite nut to replace the almond.

Ingredients
24 ounces of white chocolate
1/2 cup of dried cranberries, or cherries
1/2 cup roasted chopped almonds
Instructions
In a double boiler melt your chocolate. Then you want to pour it out onto a silpat, or a piece of was paper. I have used both. Right away after you pour the chocolate you want to sprinkle your nuts, and dried fruit on top.
Put into freezer for 10 minutes. Break into pieces and store in freezer or refrigerator.
- To roast your nuts. Just put them in a skillet on med low and as soon as you smell them they re done. Don’t walk away. They cook very fast.
