Edamame Hummus

This is a creamy hummus that is great over your choice of Gluten-Free bread. You can also use this for a veggie dip too.

Ingredients
2 Cups edamame, cooked according to package directions.
1/3 to 1/2 cup of heavy cream
1/4 cup of olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt, plus more for taste
1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 cup of cilantro (optional)
Instructions
Place the edamame in the food processor with all ingredients pulse to blend. Season with salt if needed.
Enjoy with Gluten-Free bread or with your favorite veggies.
