Make that jello into finger food! My aunt used to make these all the time when I was a kid. You could even use fruit juice in place of the jello, or so I've been told. Haven't tried it myself, but I see no reason why it wouldn't work as long as you used the same amount of juice to jello. Either way, your kids will love this fun treat. Perfect for picnics and parties any time of the year.

Ingredients
3 3 ounce packages flavored gelatin
3 cups boiling water
3 Tbsp unflavored gelatin
1 cup cold water
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Combine the boiling water and the three packages of flavored gelatin. Stir until totally dissolved.
In a separate bowl, combine the unflavored gelatin, cold water and lemon juice. This will thicken up really quickly. Once it has thickened and the gelatin is totally dissolved, add this mixture to the flavored gelatin mixture.
Spray a 9×13 inch pan with non stick spray. Pour gelatin into the pan and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set firm. Cut into cubes and serve.
Mix flavors and colors for your own creation. Pick the color of the flavored gelatin to match the color theme of the party or gathering. Have fun!
