Fruited Turkey Salad

This will make a nice salad lunch, or a light dinner after the holiday meal is over. Serve it with your favorite gluten-free bread, flat bread, cracker or just on a bed of lettuce. So good!

Ingredients
6 cups cubed cooked turkey (chicken would work nicely also)
2 cups chopped celery
1 cup green grapes
1/2 cup dried cranberries
3/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper, or to taste
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted, optional
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the turkey, celery, grapes and cranberries. In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, tarragon, salt and pepper. Add to turkey mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 5 hours or overnight. Just before serving, stir in walnuts.
