Wow, that looks yummy! And nice job tagging for other dietary restrictions. We'll be having some contest coming up for most tags, so the sooner you start, the better off you'll be. We'll have to try this. Dying for some meatloaf, to be honest!

This meatloaf looks lush. Hubby never has liked meatloaf, so can't wait to make it for me, and freeze one.
Noticed that Heinz products were used in the recipe. nice to know they are Gluten free.
    Thanks

Yes, you do have to particular about the ingredients themselves, but you're all clear here. Very tasty!!!

I made sure to check all of the ingredients before posting. I also included the brands (in the parenthesis) that we used, but always, always check labels! =)

My dad is very particular about meatloaf, and he usually is not a fan of anything gluten-free...and he absolutely loved it! If you try it, let me know if you liked it!

I use a similar recipe that uses horseradish instead of garlic, but without eggs, I just can't get it to stick together. Any suggestions? The flavor is great, I just end up serving it in chunks instead of slices.
