Green Bean Salad
Fresh and Wonderful

This salad is an inspiration from a boss of mine. This is her recipe. I love this recipe. I used jar dressing. She uses her own. I would love to make it again and make my own dressing. But I really wanted to try it with the bottle dressing to see how it worked. The flavor or still so good. I like it because it is pretty simple. The hardest part really is cutting the veggies for the salad.

Ingredients
About 2 pounds fresh green beens already cleaned and ends cut.
1 container of cherry tomatoes cut in half
2 cucumbers cleaned and sliced very thin. I used a zester down the sides of my cucumber to make it look pretty when I slice them.
1 carrot sliced the same as the cucumber.
A jar of your favorite vinaigrette
Instructions
Place in boiling water until soft but still firm to the bite. About 15 minutes.
Put a strainer in the sink with a large bowl of ice water in it. Poor the beans into the strainer to stop them from cooking.
Place all veggies into a large bowl and pour the dressing over the top.
- you can play with this and add your favorite veggies. I also think that a dill dressing would be great in this salad.
