Guacamole safe

A quick side for your tacos

Ingredients

4 Avocados

1/4 of a white onion chopped

1/2 to 1 bunch of chopped cilantro

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1/2 teas salt

1 garlic clove chopped

1 lime

1/4 cup jack cheese grated (a friends idea and it is so good)

1/4 cup or more of Pico De Gallo. I love adding this. It adds nice flavor.

Instructions

Cut avocado in half. You need to cut around the pit.

Clean out the skin of the avocados into a medium bowl.

Add the salt,garlic salt,lime,chopped garlic. Then stir to combine.

Then add the onion,cheese, Pico De Gallo and the cilantro and mix.

Add additional salt if needed.
