Hamburger with Spicy Turkey Wrapped in Bacon

This recipe can be made with any amount of beef,sausage ratio you like. I make it with about a pound of beef to about 3 sausage links. Then just wrap in bacon :) Great flavor from the bacon and the spicy sausage.

Ingredients
1 2 pound ground beef
Package of spicy turkey links
Mushrooms sliced (optional)
Pinch salt and pepper
Monterey Jack Cheese slices to melt on top of burgers
2 tbls butter
Instructions
Heat oven to 400
In a large bowl add the three to four sausage links,hamburger, salt and pepper. Mix together but don’t over mix. This will cause your patties to be heavy and hard. You want to mix to combine then stop. Make the patties and wrap in bacon. Cook them to the your desired temp. Saute the mushrooms while the burgers are cooking. Then just before they are done top with bacon and heat until melted.
You can serve with a salad and a starch. You and your family will love them.
