Kitty's Throw anything in Chili safe

gluten free with Bison

This chili I came up with, from complete boredom. Trying to stick with a gluten free diet, but very bored by the taste of food. So want to kick it up, despite the GERDS I suffer from.

Ingredients

1 can of organic crushed tomatoes
red onion
celery
carrots
apple
peppers ( all three colors)
seeds or almonds (optional)
2 cans of organic low sodium, kidney beans
1 pkge of bison (1lb)

Instructions

Cook bison in large pot with little water, clean and chop veggies and fruit and stir in when bison is almost cooked completely, Use seasons of your choice add as much or as little as you want. I use, chili powder, himalayan salt, Mrs Dash (any kind), tumeric, cumin, ginger, cinnamon,garlic powder, rosemary, coriander, pepper. (whatever you want) Stir until all veggies are sauteed. Add beans and Crushed tomatos, let simmer for about 30 minutes on low.
Feel free to use little cheddar cheese on top, of your serving.
