my favorite bread with teff-for bread machine

super everyday bread. If you can't find the teff at your local health food store, you can order it from amazon.com. I highly recommend the breadman pro breadmachine.

Ingredients
the flour mix is : 3c EACH white rice flour, Tapioca flour, cornstarch and 3T potato flour (not potato starch)
2 3/4 cups flour mix
1/4 cup teff
2 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
1 1/2 tsp unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 tsp egg replacer
3/4 tsp salt
3T sugar
1/3 c dry milk or nondairy substitute
2 1/4tsp yeast
2 eggs
4 1/2T melted butter
3/4tsp vinegar
1T honey
1 1/2 c hot water from tap
Instructions
For bread maker with gf cycle (like the breadman pro), add wet, add dry. push start button. When it beeps take it out and cool on a wire rack. Otherwise use medium setting.| Category | Bread and Rolls |
