Roasted Red Bell Pepper Sauce safe

Ingredients

2 red bell peppers plus the juice from the jar
2 3 garlic cloves
1 Tbls capers
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
2 Tbls tomato paste
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 Tbls olive oil
salt only if needed

If you want a kick add 1 2 tabls of chili garlic sauce

Instructions

Add all ingredients to the blender except the olive oil. Blend well. Then slowly add in the olive oil. Add salt only if you think it needs it after tasting.

Use this sauce with your favorite pasta dish.
