Sauted Cilantro Halibut Recipe safe

This is a great recipe if you wanted a light meal.

Prep time 10 min
Cooking time 10 min
Servings 4

Ingredients

3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp ginger, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice from 1 lemon
2 tbsp capers
1 lb halibut-cut into 4-6 filets
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp soy sauce (Tamari)
1/3 cup white wine
2 tbsp chopped cilantro

Instructions

1. Saute garlic and ginger in oil over medium heat

2. Increase heat to high and add halibut filets

3. Cook each side for 1-2 minutes

4. Add brown sugar, lemon juice, wine and soy sauce and bring to a boil.

5. Cover and simmer for 5 min

6. Remove from heat and add capers and cilantro
