Soft and chewy easy to make homemade soft pretzels--or use for bread sticks. Stay fresh for a couple days. Be creative and add different gluten-free toppings: cinnamon/sugar, garlic & butter, chocolate chips, cheeses....

Prep time 20 mins
Cooking time 10-12 minutes
Servings about a dozen

Ingredients

3/4 tsp, apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup real butter soften but NOT runny!
3 Tbs honey
2 eggs
1 Tbs yeast
1 cup vanilla yogurt (or pudding)
2 cups of any gluten free flour mixture
1/2 tsp. bake soda
2 tsp. bake powder

Instructions

Oven at 350
Combine all ingredients, mix well by hand or with a mixture (dough hook is best). Make sure you do not have any lumps. Dust hands and grab chunks—roll into a straight line, shape as a pretzel or whatever you like! Sprinkle with toppings (or leave plain).

Bake about 10-12mins.

Wow, this looks like a really great snack to make for going to football and baseball games with the kids.

What is the best flour combo? Everything I seem to make has a distinct flavour I am getting tired of; like an aftertaste. Any suggestions...cause these pretzels look great

Actually, I would try TanyaG's Flour Mixture. If you search in the top left for "flour mixture" it should come up ... it's a great flour that performs well and does not have any weird aftertaste.
