The perfect marinade for just about any meat. Make the marinade in the morning and allow your meat to marinate in it all day. It will be ready for your grill by dinner time. So tasty!

Ingredients
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, or to taste
1 cup olive oil
Instructions
Put garlic and onion in your blender and pulse until very finely chopped. Pour in the orange and lime juice. Add cumin, oregano, lemon pepper, black pepper, salt, cilantro, and hot pepper sauce. Blend until thoroughly incorporated. Pour in the olive oil and blend until smooth. Store in refrigerator until ready to use. If you are using this to baste your meat and want to use it also as a dipping sauce, make sure you put it into a sauce pan and boil it for a few minutes before you use it on cooked meats.

I used this on beef steaks last night. Grilled them up and then sliced them thin. We had them on homemade corn tortillas with cheese, lettuce, sour cream and a bit of avocado. So tasty! This will be on the menu again soon. I may add a jalapeno to the marinade next time. SO tasty!
