Spice Rub safe

Great on chicken breast

I rubbed this on two bone in, skin on chicken breast. The flavor is so good. It does have a little kick to it.

Prep time 5 minutes
Cooking time
Servings enough for two large chicken breast

Ingredients

1/2 tsp fennel seed

1 tsp blackened seasoning

1/4 tsp whole pepper

1/4 cumin seeds

1/4 red pepper flakes

Instructions

Put all ingredients into a *molcajete using the tejolote mash up all ingredients to powder, or almost powder. Spread onto your meat of choice. This would work great with tilapia,shrimp,even beef.

*You can also use a spice blender for this.
