Tequila Lime Marinade safe

Wonderful marinade for beef!

So tasty, fresh clean flavor for your favorite cut of beef .

Ingredients

1/2 cup tequila
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup orange juice
4 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 medium onion, chopped
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Marinate meats for 4-6 hours in the refrigerator. Makes about 2 1/2 cups of marinade.
