Tex-Mex Dip safe

Great for any party, any occasion, always a hit!

An outstanding layered dip that is sure to be a hit at any gathering!

Ingredients

3 medium avocados, ripe
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 package gluten free taco seasoning mix

2 cans refried beans
1 small can chopped jalapenos

1 cup chopped green onions
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 small can chopped olives
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips

Instructions

Peel, pit and mash the avocados in a medium bowl. Mix in lemon juice, salt and pepper. Set aside.

In another bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix. Set this aside.

To assemble: spread beans onto a large platter. Top with avocado mixture, then the sour cream mixture. Make sure that each layer is a little smaller than the one before it so that you can see about an inch of each layer as another is added.

Combine olives, green onions and tomatoes. Put this mixture on a paper towel to soak up some of the juice. Once drained, sprinkle this in the middle of the dip. Then cover with shredded cheese. Serve with chips.
