Zucchini Banana Bread safe

This Bread has no sugar added

This is a very quick throw together bread. The results are so good. People will think it took you longer to make. I love this with my coffee in the morning. I took this to a meeting and they loved it.

Prep time 10 min
Cooking time 50 minutes
Servings 1 Loaf

Ingredients

2 cups of Oat flour (I ground my own)
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 small bananas
1/2 cup zucchini
1/4 cup Blue Organic Agave (sweetener)
1/4 cup Apple Sauce
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 eggs (lightly beaten)

Instructions

Preheat over to 350 degrees

Combine all dry ingredients and mix well. In the same bowl add the rest of the ingredients. Mix only until blended and no longer. poor into a bread pan coated with cooking pray. Cook for about 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
