Discussion Topics for Tribe Corn-free

If you have any amazing corn-free recipes that your family loves, would you add them to the recipe section? It would be nice to have some options that are specifically corn-free for those that need some new ideas. :-) Make sure you tag them as corn-free when you add them so they are easy to find.

Having to avoid corn can bring up some big changes to your diet. What have you found to be the biggest challenge in this area? Is there a food item that you have had a hard time finding without corn added to it? This is not an area I have had to worry about much, but want to try to offer more recipe ideas for those of you that have to avoid this ingredient. I'd LOVE to hear your suggestions and ideas. What has been a challenge for you...we can work on this together and find solutions for the challenges you face!
